Hi, I’m Carol and I’m so happy you are here. Music is more than my life’s work, it is an integral part of my being and has been at the center of my life since I was a child.

As an experienced elementary music teacher with over thirty-six years of experience in the classroom, I've had the privilege to share my joy of music with children while helping them grow as young musicians. Engaging children in the magic of music – singing, dancing, playing instruments, and performing – has been the most rewarding career.

What’s the best thing about being a music educator, song writer and performer? Music has the ability to unlock a whole new dimension in all people’s lives. It gets us through the tough times, celebrates our successes, is there when we need spiritual or meditative healing and has definite health benefits when engaged with other active participants.

I currently live in Connecticut with my husband, the love of my life since 1986. Our three daughters are grown and building dream lives of their own. I am dedicating my first song-story book, “Read Me a Story” to our three beautiful grandchildren, Benjamin, Alexander and Gia Grace. You can find their names tucked into some of the illustrations as well as our dog, “Roxy” .

Be on the lookout for my second song-story book “Fishy, Fishy”

A young boy goes out fishing with his Grampy. While Grampy tries to lure fish to his hook with poetic determination, his young grandson is equally determined to warn each “fishy” to run away and not be caught.
